My name is Upendran, I am a Quality Management and Information Technology
consultant based in Chennai, India. I have more than 30 years of industry
standing. Over the years I have gathered a lot of insight and experience
in related disciplines, which I want to share with anyone who is interested.
I have worked for end user organizations (well known manufacturing organisations
in India) and software companies. I am a qualified Operations Research
and Statistical Quality Control professional besides being a qualified
ISO9000 auditor.
